What the Three-Hour Cap Includes
The cap covers the complete service for each property: the in-person walkthrough, all administrative work associated with completing the quotes and estimates, and their preparation and delivery through your preferred contact method. At $125 per hour, the total service charge is capped at $375 per property. If you choose Ojeda Properties LLC to complete the repairs, we will honor the quotes and estimates provided.
